1. Who we are and how to contact us

2. Information we collect

We collect information needed to operate the website, process orders and improve the service:

• Contact and account details: name, email, phone number, login details and profile details you provide.
• Order and billing details: event, ticket category, amounts, order status, billing address, business name and tax ID if provided.
• Payment details: payments are processed through Cardcom. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. We may keep technical payment identifiers, payment status and last four digits where needed for support and records.
• Communications: contact form messages, email, WhatsApp, newsletters and customer support messages.
• Usage and analytics data: page views, event views, checkout starts, traffic source, UTM parameters, device and browser category, language, non-personal visitor/session identifiers and agent attribution when you arrive through an agent link.
• Security and operations data: technical logs, access attempts, system errors and data needed to prevent abuse and operate the service.

3. How we use information

• Create orders, collect payment, confirm payment, issue documents and send customer updates.
• Provide support, respond to inquiries, coordinate ticket delivery and event updates.
• Secure the website, prevent abuse, diagnose issues and comply with legal duties.
• Analyze website usage and agent performance, including visits, views, checkout starts, orders and conversions.
• Send marketing only where consent was provided, with an unsubscribe option at any time.

4. Analytics, agents and referral links

The website uses internal analytics so the site owner can understand site usage without exposing sensitive personal information. When you arrive through an agent link, we store agent attribution, slug/alias, traffic source and general funnel data. Analytics data does not include full card numbers, private message content or medical/sensitive information.

The website also uses Google Analytics for general usage measurement. Events may include parameters such as whether an agent is present, the agent slug and traffic source. We do not send full payment details or sensitive personal information to Google Analytics.

If you accept the "Advertising and personalisation" category, the website also loads the Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads measurement tools. These let us measure campaign results and show you relevant ads. Without your explicit consent these tools are never loaded.

In addition, when an order is confirmed and paid, and only if you accepted the advertising category, we report the conversion to Meta directly from our server (Conversions API). The report includes the order value and one-way hashed identifiers (SHA-256) of your email address and phone number, used solely for matching. No payment details are sent.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use cookies and browser storage for login, language preference, security, agent attribution, analytics sessions and website improvement. Full details are available in the Cookie Policy.

On your first visit a banner lets you accept everything, reject everything, or choose categories individually. Measurement and advertising cookies do not run before you give consent. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page.

6. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only where needed to operate the service, including payment providers, infrastructure and hosting providers, email delivery, WhatsApp, error monitoring, analytics, ticket suppliers, the Meta and Google advertising platforms (only subject to your consent to the advertising category), and competent authorities where legally required. Sharing is limited to the relevant purpose.

7. International transfers

Some technology providers process information outside Israel, including in the United States — for example Google and Meta. Where this happens, we take reasonable steps to ensure the information is protected under applicable law and provider agreements.

8. Retention

Information is kept for as long as needed for the purposes for which it was collected, including orders, accounting, support, security, legal compliance and dispute handling. Raw analytics data is kept for a limited period and summarized into daily reporting data to reduce unnecessary retention.

9. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion where there is no legal need to keep it, objection to marketing or withdrawal of consent. Consent for measurement and advertising cookies can be withdrawn directly through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page, without contacting us. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details above. We may ask for reasonable verification before handling a request.

10. Security

We use accepted security measures, access controls, encrypted communications, error monitoring and operational controls. No system is completely secure, so please use a strong password and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use.
