1. Commitment to Accessibility

Delarea is committed to making its website accessible to all users, including people with disabilities, in accordance with the Israeli Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Law, 5758-1998, and the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities Regulations (Service Accessibility Adjustments), 5773-2013.

We strive to comply with WCAG 2.1 Level AA and Israeli Standard IS 5568.

2. Website Accessibility

The Delarea website meets WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards. Key adjustments implemented include:

• Full keyboard navigation support.

• Support for common screen readers.

• Sufficient color contrast throughout the interface.

• Alternative text for all meaningful images (alt text).

• Accessible form labels.

• Clear and properly defined error messages.

• Text resizable up to 200% without loss of content.

• RTL (right-to-left) support for Hebrew.

• Persistent accessibility button enabling: grayscale, high contrast, large text, link highlighting, reduced motion.

3. Known Limitations

Despite our efforts, some content may not be fully accessible:

• Third-party embedded content (such as maps) may not meet all accessibility requirements.

• Older PDFs uploaded before the implementation of our accessibility policy.

• Certain dynamically loaded real-time content.

We are continuously working to improve all interfaces.
