1. What cookies are

Cookies are small files stored in your browser so the site can remember certain information, run essential functions, improve your experience and measure how the site is used.

2. The cookies and storage we use

• Strictly necessary: sign-in, security, session handling, basket and checkout, storing your consent choice (delarea.consent), and the general functioning of the site. These are always active and cannot be turned off.
• Preferences: language, display currency, text direction and accessibility settings.
• Agent attribution: when you arrive through an agent link, a cookie lets us attribute the visit or order to the right agent, including the relevant slug or alias.
• Internal analytics: the site stores a non-personal visit and session identifier to measure visits, views, traffic sources, funnel and site usage.
• Measurement — Google Analytics: Google may set cookies to measure site usage. Active only if you consent to the "Measurement and statistics" category.
• Advertising — Meta Pixel: if you accept the "Advertising and personalisation" category, the Meta Pixel loads and sets the _fbp and _fbc cookies. They let us measure our campaign results and show you relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram. Without your consent the pixel is never loaded and sets no cookies.
• Advertising — Google Ads: under the same consent, Google may set cookies for conversion measurement and remarketing.

3. Your consent

On your first visit a banner lets you accept everything, reject everything, or choose categories individually. Your choice is stored in your browser for six months.

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time through the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page. Withdrawing consent stops any further sending to the advertising platforms and clears the advertising cookies from your browser.

Strictly necessary cookies remain active even if you reject everything else — without them the site cannot function.

4. Server-side reporting (Conversions API)

When an order is confirmed and paid, and only if you accepted the advertising category, we also report the conversion to Meta directly from our server. The report includes the order value and one-way hashed identifiers (SHA-256) of your email address and phone number, used solely for matching. No payment details are sent.

5. Examples of what is measured

Pages viewed, events viewed, checkout started, purchases, referral source, UTM parameters, device and browser type, language, and whether an agent attribution exists. We do not store full card numbers or sensitive personal data in cookies.

6. How to control cookies

Beyond the consent settings on this site, you can delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may break sign-in, checkout, language persistence or other functions.

7. Transfers outside Israel

Google and Meta are international companies, and data sent to them is also processed on servers outside Israel, including in the United States. Sending data to them is conditional on your consent to the relevant categories.

8. Data retention

Cookies are retained for different periods according to their purpose. Raw internal analytics data is kept for a limited period and aggregated into daily reports to minimise excess data retention.

9. Updates

This policy may be updated when we add or change tools on the site. The current version will always be published on this page.
